5 "handfuls" of serrano peppers, chopped into rounds, air fryer, 135F, 6hrs.

Stored in "bull head bbq sauce" jar. Roughly 4oz.

Background

Following the success of da2 ([[2022-06-05_Dried Anaheims 2]]), we wanted to try some other peppers. I’d picked up a load of serranos (which are pleasantly spicy, but not too much so) and gave it a shot. Worked great. The timer was set for 8hr, but after waking up a bit early, i checked to find that they were ready after 6.
